Allergy testing with Kinesiology

Kinesiology means “the study of movement and balance”.

The concept of energy balance is central to most branches of alternative and complementary medicine. It describes the Traditional Oriental Medical (TOM) idea followed for thousands of years. The meridian lines (I think of as a communication system within the body, which uses energy to inform the cells what to do) are central to our health; physical, mental and spiritual.

 Ideally the meridian energy system is balanced, changing and rebalancing constantly, according to various internal (such as diet) and external (such as pollution) influences. For many people their electrical balance is not correct, leading to imbalance and dis-ease or chronic ill health.

 Kinesiology is a muscle response testing and energy balancing method used to detect and correct subtle energy imbalances in wavelength, vibration and pulsation patterns that are unique to each individual.

 Muscle testing is a procedure that applies gentle pressure to specific parts of the body, such as the arm. Normally the isolated muscle should be able to resist that pressure, weakness gives valuable information of what is happening within the body and indicates the required procedure to correct any imbalance.

 In this way it is possible for me to detect what is strengthening or weakening your body, such as certain food or chemicals causing a weakness or missing nutrients, as an indication of how to strengthen your body. Then between us we can work out how to re balance and maintain that balance, combining this with other therapies if nessasary, thus gently leading the body to well being.
